I think the new one just looks bigger in that pic because of perspective. The camera lens was a bit closer to that figure so it plays a trick on the eye.
Does not appear any different in actual size, the internal bubble is different than the original and the latest one holds the figure less securely so maybe it’s just a depth perception thing.

Holy Cats! I went to order this figure from GG since it was still available. With my PG discount it was $72... but when I went to check out the only two options for shipping were $63 or $64 for one Jumbo figure!!! That was bonkers. For the concept Luke I ordered last month from the shipping was $11. Not sure what's going on, but that's bonkers. I wrote to customer service about it and after 4 days they still have not responded.
I'm going to guess that the Concept Luke is on a smaller card like the Concept Fett and that's helping reduce the price. They'll ship it in a much smaller box. I don't think the weight is that different, but the full card requires a huge box which adds to the shipping costs. Another option for those of us in the US is purchasing their "Free Shipping". If you buy enough from them directly it's definitely worth it.
