Sometimes nature calls when you least expect it!!! ;)

Still two days more to wait for my throne room. At least Big K the Wookiee is coming today. That will give me some new toy goodness to hold me over.

No .nothing "nature" about it. .he could've waited. He tossed pkge on to porch, he didn't step up to porch mind you. But then he turned his head, closed 1 nostril and force blew a huge projectile out out other nostril. You could see it flying through air and landing on a blade of grass. All on camera.

I don't like this practice either. Who are they advertising for? Carriers? Passersby seeing it on your porch? I have 5 large HasLabs coming in this fall and not looking forward to that.

I went through a sword collecting phase and that company did the same thing. My neighbors probably think I'm weird enough without seeing sword and toy boxes on my porch.
I feel ya. For me personally, it's not about strangers judging me for one of my hobbies, since I don't care about the opinions of randos. It's about not wanting to telegraph just what kind of stuff might be inside my place. And really, whatever it is I order, it shouldn't be anybody else's business except mine, and the company I ordered it from.

While true that a thief might steal the thing whether or not the contents are printed on the box, it definitely increases the chances of theft if the thief knows it's a collectible that could be easily flipped. There are tons of comic and collectible shops, swap meets, toy fairs, antique shops, and pawn shops in my state, where one could easily offload this playset very quickly. Not to mention FB marketplace, Mercari, Ebay, Craig's List, OfferUp, etc., etc.

My dad used to do that when I was a kid. Don't know if he still does, and hope I never find out. The times I witnessed that were the only times I thought patricide might be justified.

While I agree 100% about the labels on the packaging. It’s really more for the warehouse & helping managing inventory than the consumer.

Over the years they used code’s & code names, would be nice if there was a better system.

as expected w/ fedex, it arrived today (the orig. eta) not yesterday. haven't had a chance to open box yet but wow! Could this be about the size of Kenner's 1978 Death Star box- volume wise? that's the 1st thing i thought of when i saw the box sitting on our landing, inside the front door. My wife said it was too big to carry up the rest of the stairs, lol

EXACTLY! A few months back a house across the street from me was purchased by a young couple. After they moved in they purchased a lot of high end electronics. I know because they put all of the boxes out on the curb several days before collection day. They were flattened but still completely intact & visible as to what they were. Our street sees quite a bit of traffic on top of that. I went over (having already introduced myself when they moved in) & told them they may want to break the boxes down further, or wait until the morning of collection to put them on the curb. Not because of recycling guidelines, but because they were basically telling anyone who might be looking what was in the house. They immediately put the boxes in their garage & thanked me because they never even thought about that.

The majority of burglaries are by someone who knows what is in the house. Either because they know you & what you have, or they see something being delivered or taken inside, or boxes left out after purchase. After Christmas it is ridiculous.

How’s everyone else’s carded bib? I just opened a set and was pretty surprised to see how many scuffs and scrapes are on the bib. This picture shows some of them. I guess I’ll open another one like I was thinking and hope that one is better. I was considering opening a bib anyway cause I figure maybe boba needs a foot rest.

Anyone else hold their palace set up to their existing diorama and go “uhhhhh…well this is going to be a problem…”

I’m going to have to totally revamp my diorama. I was expecting to do a little but yikes! I hope it ends up fitting without taking up too much space. I may have to extend the shelves somehow…

But still, it’s a beautiful set!!

I was more surprised by the weight of the box than the size. I kept hearing 17 lbs but it feels heavier than that (or maybe I'm just weak).

It's small compared to the Skystriker HasLab box, but feels like it's filled with bricks.

I had earmarked a spot on a shelf that I thought was exactly 10" tall to accommodate this piece. Low and behold, it was 9.75" tall, so the whole shelf above it had to be vacated (included a few prequel vehicles) and now it's basically a puzzle trying to rearrange everyone in existing cabinets.

My set arrived today and I am thrilled with it. I have either wanted this setup for 40 years or since 1995, depending on your point of view.

Anyone having issues with the quality of the Bib card. Seeing a lot of remarks as far as being “double pressed”.IMG_5285.jpeg

Really digging this. I almost canceled due to funds, but got an unexpected bonus at work so I kept my PO. Soooo glad! My wife actually helped me set it all up, but the first thing she did was make me take the Monkey Lizard off of the spit LOL! This thing is so cool! Can't wait to dig Jabba and all his goons out, but in the mean time...

Gross!!!

I heard a delivery at my front door loudly get tossed down and followed by a scanner sound. Then an angry sound from the scanner and someone starts furiously cursing outside my house. I hear a swearing tirade go around my house to the back. Hear a second rescan sound, then an all good sound and this voice keeps swearing as I see the Amazon delivery driving go back to his truck.

Now I see this guy all time. He’s the living, walking, swearing and sweating caricature of a bad Amazon delivery driver.

He looks surly and is surly. He always walks over the grass. I’ve seen him walk over people’s lawns when it would be less distance to use their walk. He spits like your guy - probably chews Tabasco. He tosses packages down. He’s a passive aggressive driver and leaves the truck too far out in the street when he stops - messing with traffic.

I’ve seen him return to a house and switch packages (I assume he made a wrong drop.) Seen packages fall out of his truck.

Just got mine in yesterday, and WOW - I couldn't believe the size of the box! This has Haslab vibes all over it! I was expecting something around the size of the Carbon Freeze Chamber box - this was definitely a surprise!

Got it today. FedEx guy tossed it on the porch. It hit the chair and the chair hit the window.

Opened it. My bib fortuna came with no scratches or scuff marks. But it is double pressed.🙂🙂🙂🙂
