The display for the Denix DLT-19 Stormtrooper rifle is ready. Considering the full metal MG34 from Denix has about 8 kg, the support had to be very solid to hold this heavy piece. I'll still upgrade the DLT-19 with various parts and greeblies in the future, but glad the display is finished:

That DLT-19 rifle looks super sweet amongst your amazing collection, Sergiu!

The Gentle Giant Legends in 3 Dimensions TIE Fighter Pilot bust. A very cool display piece, hefty and pretty accurate considering it is a bust. The size is not quite 1/2, it is between 1/3 and 1/2, and the jumpsuit should have been flat black instead of dark grey, but still it is a very nice collectible.

The half scale bust looks nice, mate! The jumpsuit color should be easily fixed if you use masking tape and tape around the area where it meets the armor, cover the rest of the bust, and then use flat black acrylic spray paint to repaint the jumsuit. Finish it up using clear matte finish so the paint stays intact for years.

Sergiu, I have a question for you: Would the Probe Droid that Sideshow made a few years ago be considered by prop and replica collectors a replica or just a figure?

I'm not sure I will repaint the GG TIE Pilot bust, though I have to admit I thought about it, and I even have matt black paint I prior used for E-11 blaster.

In my books the Sideshow Probe Droid is the most accurate licensed Probot, and is closer to a prop model than a figure, but has articulation which is fantastic. It was made with the help of a known prop builder, and it is quite accurate and beautiful (though a bit fragile if not careful, but what collectibles are not fragile in the end). I've seen studio scale models that were not as good as this 1/6 figure. The Attakus 1/5 statues is not even comparable to it, regarding accuracy.

I agree with Sergiu. The Probot is so finely detailed and realistic looking, to me it is basically a prop model more than a poseable figure.

One more thing regarding the Sideshow Probe Droid: it can be easily displayed in a mancave, a living room, a workshop or a CEO's elegant office. You can have different poses for it, and the overall aspect is of a technical device/robot, that will fit almost anywhere, even if the owner is not a Star Wars fan.

RS Prop Masters Scout blaster, a beautiful prop replica, with elegant stand and plaque. I love the blaster details, even the hidden RS logo. The weathering is perfect. Such an amazing little prop!

Damn! That Scout blaster looks amazing! Congratz on the delivery, man!
Scouts are one of my favourite troopers after the Stormies :D
Thanks my friend, wish my experience with the customs was a better one, you can read about it here. I'm glad that my Imperial blaster collection is now complete though :)

A new AT-AT custom plaque. It replaced the signature plaques I used to have there, because they three out of four starting to fade - this is also the reason I decided to give up on getting anymore signed plaques. This is the way my Master Replicas AT-AT will be displayed from now on.

This is how the original Star Wars poster looked in Romania back in the 70's:

I couldn't find one, as they are considered some of the rarest Star Wars posters ever, so I made a print of it, and professionally framed it and displayed it here:

Thanks guys. They also made an ESB poster, but not even a better image of that is available. ROTJ was never shown in Romanian cinemas, I guess Ceausescu was afraid to be thrown like the Emperor

Typical Communist/Socialist behavior to silence and cancel what they don't like. Only those that have experienced it know exactly what is like to live under real oppression. I like what you did framing the Romanian poster, Sergiu. It not only serves as a cool Star Wars collectible but also as a historical reminder of a sad time in history when Romania was subjugated by this horrible dictator for over two decades.

Some idiots today want to go (back) in communism, I'd say, ok, but you need to stay in North Korea for a year and use only the means you have there.

DMD 1/4 ANH Darth Vader statue #16/25 arrived. A spectacular piece, very accurate and the options of display are amazing. The base, lightsaber, chest box and belt boxes all light up (my saber is broken, but Dan will replace it). The ample capes flow naturally. The sculpt is beautiful, presenting the iconic villain in any pose you might want. One of the most impressive pieces out there, and the most accurate Vader scaled collectible. Simply superb!
